Usage credits are how SendorVR sessions are counted: starting an immersive experience uses one credit. Your plan refills credits every month, and additional credits can be purchased at any time.
Can we try SendorVR before choosing a plan?
Yes. Every new clinic gets 7 free credits when its admin activates their SendorVR Studio account, enough to try it with your first patients. No card or plan is needed, and the free credits never expire. Each session uses the credits shown on its experience. When you want more, choose a plan.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual plans?
Features are identical on both, annual billing simply lowers the effective monthly rate and unlocks hardware discounts, including a Clinical Kit at no cost on the annual Enterprise plan.
